We conducted in-depth interviews with diverse users to gather qualitative data, providing rich, unbiased insights. We also created detailed user journey maps to visualize the steps users take when buying medicine and personal care products online, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
We analyzed the interview transcripts to identify common themes and user segments based on demographics, buying behavior, and preferences. UX and UI Designers in the team developed wireframes and prototypes using these insights and redesigned the website's layout, navigation, and key features.
